Beautiful
In a word, this is what our last month has been. We were in one of the most beautiful places in our country, and spent time with some of the most beautiful people and churches.
Myndii had the privilege to share her testimony with Bethel Baptist in Kalispell, Montana and how they were a part of her “spiritual legacy” since her mother was saved there during their VBS 45 years ago. We also were able to be a part of their VBS program this year as their “featured missionaries” and had a great time ministering alongside them. We stayed at the missionary house, and quickly felt right at home. We are so grateful for them welcoming us into the Bethel family!
While in the area, we shared at different 7 churches and met so many wonderful people. Sparky got to help with a few workdays at Whitefish Baptist. The whole family got to help do some projects at Lake Blaine Baptist Bible Camp for their work day. We had a great time of fellowship, and we are thankful the Lord allowed us to spend the month in Montana with them all!
Language School
Please continue to pray earnestly about our French schooling in Canada! Long story short, our applications were not originally received correctly by Laval University, so we had to resubmit all the forms. As of right now, the admission office is still reviewing our files. They told us to expect waiting another week or so to hear their answer. This gives about a month to get the Visas. We continue to trust God for His provision and guidance in all, but do covet your prayers on our behalf in this matter.
“Packing List”
THANK YOU to each of you that have looked at our “new” website (still at www.theclancychronicles.blogspot.com) and provided items from our “packing list.” We are trying to keep everything updated by removing things from the list as they are provided, and adding things as needs become known.
Our biggest need right now is our pick-up. Sparky is working diligently during the times we are in Idaho to get it ready to ship to Congo. There are many things that need to be done to it, and many parts to buy. Please let us know if you would like to participate in helping get this vehicle “Congo ready.”
Martha, Titus, and Ruth (update)
We have started something special for our children, and YOU are the key.
We are completely convinced in the power of prayer. Each of our children are very unique and have specific things in their lives that need prayer. In the next few months, we would like each of our three children to be supported by at least 10 prayer partners each (individuals, families, Sunday school classes, youth groups, churches, etc.) We put together separate prayer list for each of them that will only go out to their specific prayer partners. We hope to e-mail out updates, and more specific prayer needs to their prayer partners every 2-3 months. If you would like to commit to faithfully praying for one of our children on a long-term basis, please let us know!
Thank you to all that have contacted us for this ministry to our children! If you asked to be on one of their lists, you should have already gotten your first letter from them. If not, please let us know.
We are still in need of more prayer partners for each of the children. You may choose the child you would like to pray for, or have us choose for you. Please prayerfully consider participating in this vital way.
